CHANGES TO OUR APPOINTMENT SYSTEM

The Practice is operating on a telephone triaging system and patients will be invited to come into the Practice only once they have spoken to the a clinician.  Please DO NOT ATTEND unless you have an pre-arranged appointment.

If you do have a pre-arranged appointment, please, where possible, attend alone.  This is to limit the amount of people attending the practice.  Please attend at your appointment time.  You may be asked to wait outside (or in your car) as we limit the amount of patients in the waiting area.  When attending, please wear a face covering (nose and mouth).

If you have a long term condition which requires monitoring, you will be offered a telephone consultation with one of our Practice Nurses so you will not need to attend the Practice.

Please DO NOT VISIT the Surgery if you have symptoms of a fever and/or cough or have had contact with someone who has.  If this applies to you please self isolate for 7 days.  If you live with someone who has these symptoms you must self-isolate for 14 days.  You only need to contact 111 if you cannot manage your symptoms or your symptoms worsen or do not improve after 7 days.  More information on self isolation can be found on the above links.

Please DO NOT ATTEND the practice without a pre-arranged appointment unless you are collecting medication.  If you have an enquiry please telephone the practice rather than attending in person.  This is for the safety of our patients and Practice Team.  All pre-arranged appointments will be subject to screening questions.
