Our Clinics & Services

Private Medical Examinations

Private medical examinations for our patients, such as those required by an insurance company or driving licence authority, can be arranged at the surgery. They are time consuming and plenty of notice should be given when booking an appointment. A fee is payable as they are outside the scope of the NHS. Details of the charges are available from the Practice administrator.

Family Planning

Advice can be obtained from any of the doctors during normal surgery hours by booking an appointment.

  • Contraception is available on an emergency basis or routinely.
  • Smear tests can be booked with a nurse.
  • Breast screening is arranged locally and appointments will automatically be sent to women in the appropriate age group.
