Dr Beth Hall-Thompson – BSc, MbChB, DTM&H, DCH, DMCC
Having moved to Norfolk in 2017, I settled into village life with my husband and 2 young children after an 18 month stint in hospital medicine in Malawi. In this time I have enjoyed a return to semi-rural general practice.
I took a circuitous route to medicine having studied biological sciences initially, worked with the military for four years in healthcare and then choosing to study medicine.
I qualified in Liverpool in 2003. Since then I have mixed my passion for mountains, cold places, travel and tropical medicine alongside training as a general practitioner in the Lake District.
And then I had children….and made lovely, if flat, Norfolk my home.
Dr Hall-Thompson joins the Team as from the start of January 2021.
