PATIENT TRIAGE – BLOFIELD SURGERY’S NEW ONLINE CONSULTATION SYSTEM – HOW TO GUIDES
We are switching our online patient triage system from Engage to Patient Triage by AccuRx. We hope that the new system will be even easier for patients to use to submit non urgent medical and admin queries to the practice via the Patient Triage link or the NHS App. Our new system will go live on Monday 28th Nov 2022. Our current system will be switched off on the evening of Thursday 24th Nov 2022.
